¿Qué son los Accesos Vasculares?
Se denomina Accesos vasculares a las múltiples estrategias o procedimientos que se realizan para tener una vía de acceso a la circulación central, siendo el objetivo más frecuente la HEMODIALISIS
1. Colocación de catéter de alto flujo permanente
Este procedimiento consiste en la colocación de un catéter de LARGA PERMANENCIA en venas centrales, se realiza mediante visualización directa con FLUOROSCOPIA para garantizar la correcta posición del dispositivo. Procedimiento totalmente ambulatorio, con anestesia local + sedación.
2. Creación de fístulas arteriovenosas
Este procedimiento tiene como objetivo una MICROCIRUGIA que consiste en la unión de una arteria y una vena periférica a fin de tener un acceso vascular venoso de gran calibre y de fácil acceso. Esta cirugía es ambulatoria y se realiza con anestesia local previo mapeo vascular mediante ecografía Doppler.
3. Colocación de catéter port
El catéter PORT es un dispositivo de fácil acceso para punción y administración de medicación en los pacientes, este se coloca mediante un pequeño corte en la región pectoral y se posiciona mediante FLUOROSCOPIA para garantizar su adecuada posición. Este procedimiento ambulatorio se realiza con anestesia local + sedacion.
4. Colocación de catéter midline
El catéter Midline es un dispositivo tipo vía periférica de mayor durabilidad para la administración de medicación temporal, se coloca con anestesia local bajo guía ecográfica. Procedimiento ambulatorio que se realiza en nuestro tópico.
